Following on from last weeks discussion meeting Friday (formalising WAN), there will be a meeting on Wednesday 21st May 8.30pm at Statue House Tapas Bar to discuss the outcomes and hopefully make some decisions.

Sarah says; "We can meet downstairs at the back of the restaurant, and if it gets busy we can ascend to the upstairs room. Sue is happy to host our meetings, and we should partake in their Rioja in exchange. I am happy to chair as I think this needs to be a little organised, can someone else please do the Minutes?"

For details of last Fridays meeting, see : http://www.weymouth-arts-network.co.uk/?p=97

NEXT WAN MEET -
MESSAGE FROM SARAH BUTTERWORTH

Hello Everyone

On May 9th at 7.30 pm Julie Penfold and others will be at ... (will email address direct) ...to discuss the possible options for WAN becoming registered. You are very welcome to come over, please bring something to drink if you like, and be warned that our house is a bit of a mess! Julie is an Alias network representative and she will be able to advise us on:

(a) what kind of organisation we could become
(b) the advantages there are to becoming constitutionalised, (funding, project development etc), and the possible disadvantages too (account, bureaucracy etc).

Please pass on this message to anyone who's email address i do not have.

Many thanks
Sarah
