I have just had my painting of the conger eels ("Conger Party") shortlisted in this competition.
The exhibition is at the Mall galleries from the 1st - 6th JUne 09.

- About Me / Artist's Statement:
- I live in my home town of Weymouth and work in our family "Dive Holiday" business as a cook.
I did my BA Hons Fine Art in Stourbridge and Wolverhampton, finishing in 1990. Since then I have worked in several art-based jobs, ie. Display theming and clay sculpting for a local animation company, and illustrating, as well as painting commissions.
I currently work largely in water-colour , specialising in portraiture , seascapes (under and above the sea) ,and landscapes .
