- About Me / Artist's Statement:
- I have been teaching art for over thirteen years mainly fine art and textiles in further education. I am now head of art at a secondary school in Yeovil, it sounds good but its only me and I am the only art teacher! When I am not teaching, I continue to create my own work which is mainly painting but I do also work in textiles and other media. The work I am concentrating on presently are abstracted elements of landscape and natural forms with a strong connection to the sea and the local area. I am used to working with other artists and art teachers but now I am on my own I have become a little isolated so I have joined the network to keep informed and meet other like minded people to keep me inspired.

Thanks for the comments! Yes i've seen sally and kit around but not really to talk to, they both taught me at college, but it seems quite a while ago!
My degree show private view is on 18th June in the evening, if you fancy coming along? If I don't see you all the best!
